Preparation
1 Drain the tuna.
2 Cook the couscous according to the directions on the package, but use chicken stock instead of water.
3 Let the couscous cool off. Use a fork to fluff the couscous and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
4 Cut the red onions in thin slices, the red pepper in small cubes and the chives in long pieces.
5 Chop the various herbs roughly.
6 Stir the red pepper through the couscous. Serve the couscous on a large plate and equally divide the tuna.
7 Garnish the couscous with the red onion, dill, basil leaves, parsley and chives. Season with some olive oil, peper and salt.
