Let me show you how to make a delicious couscous salad with sustainable, pole & line caught tuna from a tin. Tinned fish is absolutely not a bad product! You can make some awesome dishes with tinned fish, and I am here to prove it to you!
Drain the tuna.
Cook the couscous according to the directions on the package, but use chicken stock instead of water.
Let the couscous cool off. Use a fork to fluff the couscous and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Cut the red onions in thin slices, the red pepper in small cubes and the chives in long pieces.
Chop the various herbs roughly.
Stir the red pepper through the couscous. Serve the couscous on a large plate and equally divide the tuna.
Garnish the couscous with the red onion, dill, basil leaves, parsley and chives. Season with some olive oil, peper and salt.
