Die gekochten Artischocken passen gut zu dem Salz des Anchovis-Dips. Köstlich mit Getränken, oder als Vorspeise!
Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Einen großen Topf mit Wasser - in den die Artischocken passen - mit den Zitronenhälften und dem Mehl zum Kochen bringen. Die Stiele der Artischocken lösen und so viele Fäden wie möglich mitziehen.
2 Die Artischocken in das kochende Wasser legen und einen tiefen Teller auf den Topf stellen, so dass die Artischocken aufrecht und unter Wasser bleiben. Die Artischocken für etwa 45 Minuten kochen, bis die unteren Blätter sich leicht lösen.
3 In der Zwischenzeit das Olivenöl, den Weißweinessig, den Senf, die Anchovis und etwas Pfeffer in einer Küchenmaschine mischen. Nach Belieben 1-2 EL der Artischockenkochflüssigkeit hinzugeben.
4 Die Artischocken mit einem Schaumlöffel aus dem Wasser heben und auf einer Platte anrichten. Die Artischocken mit dem Dip servieren.
