Crab salad with orange and fennel

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, squeezed
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 3 sucrines (little gem) or 1 romaine lettuce
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 young fennel, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tins of crabmeat 170 g, drained
  • bunch of basil (or Thai basil)

How to prepare

Healthy, tasty and easy! This crab salad with orange and fennel.

 

Preparation

  • 1 Save a dressing of the orange and lime juice, the mayonnaise, the salt and pepper.
  • 2 Remove the outer leaves of the lettuce and pull the leaves loose.
  • 3 Divide the orange segments, the fennel and the crab over the lettuce.
  • 4 Divide the dressing over the salad.
  • 5 Garnish the salad with small basil leaves.
