1 Descale the fish, cut off the fish tail, top fin, underside and head. Take out the guts. Score the fish so the spices can get in.
2 Put turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper and salt in a bowl and mix them. Roll in and cover the sardines with the mixture. Fry the sardines 3-5 minutes on each side. Pop the sardines on some kitchen paper to get rid of the oil. Enjoy!
