Ces sardines d’un brun doré seront parfaites accompagnées d’une salade fraîche et d’une petite vinaigrette.
Préparation
1 Écaillez les sardines et coupez-leur la queue, les nageoires et la tête. Enlevez les viscères. Faites quelques entailles sur les poissons afin que les épices puissent y pénétrer.
2 Mélangez dans un bol la poudre de curcuma, la poudre de piment, le poivre et le sel.
3 Roulez les sardines dans ce mélange afin qu’elles en soient recouvertes.
Faites-les frire 3 à 5 minutes de chaque côté.
4 Déposez vos sardines sur du papier essuie-tout afin d’en absorber l’huile.
