Open salmon lasagna

  • 500 g. hot smoked salmon
  • 100 g. cold smoked salmon
  • 400 g. ricotta
  • handful of tarragon, chopped
  • handful of fresh chives
  • 1 bag of mixed lettuce
  • 6 lasagna leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

Delicious open lasagna with hot and cold smoked salmon.


  • 1 Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • 2 Bring some water to a boil and add some salt and the lasagna leaves. When cooked rinse the lasagna leaves under cold running water and halve them. Keep them on a plate with a little bit of water to prevent them from sticking.
  • 3 Mix the ricotta, tarragon and chives together in a bowl and flavour with salt, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  • 4 Heat the hot smoked salmon in the oven until slightly warm.
  • 5 Brush some olive oil over the lasagna leaves and start building. Put a lasagna leave on a plate and cover with the ricotta mixture, place the mixed lettuce and hot and cold smoked salmon on top and repeat until you have a nice lasagna.
  • 6 Garnish the open lasagna with some lemon zest and fresh tarragon. Enjoy!
