20 tijgergarnalen, gepeld, kop en darmkanaal verwijderd
zonnebloemolie
1 handvol platte peterselieblaadjes
1 citroen, in partjes gesneden
zout en peper
Zo maak je het
Klaar in een handomdraai, deze gebakken tijgergarnalen in zelfgemaakte kruidenboter!
Bereidingswijze
1 Meng de boter met de fijngesnipperde sjalot, knoflook, peterselie, bieslook, citroenrasp en chilivlokken in een kom. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
2 Verhit zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan. Dep de garnalen droog en bak ze 2 minuten op hoog vuur terwijl je de pan regelmatig omschudt.
3 De garnalen met extra peterselieblaadjes en de partjes citroen serveren.
