Tuna Tacos
Mouth-watering tuna tacos! Ideal as a quick meal or snack, with fresh yoghurt sauce and tomato salsa. Simply enjoy!
Ingredients:
For the yoghurt sauce
For the salsa
For the taco filling

Also delicious with grated cheese, such as cheddar!
For the sauce, mix the juice and zest of the lime with the yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
Make the salsa by mixing the tomato cubes with the garlic, spring onion, cilantro and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Save some cilantro for garnish.
Warm a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas for about 1 minute each side.
Top the tortillas with a lettuce leaf, tuna, salsa, red onion, avocado, and red chilli pepper. Fold them in half. Sprinkle some lime zest over the tacos, garnish with some cilantro, and serve with the sauce.
