Tuna Masala (Indian-style curry) with rice
This Indian-style curry is rich, fragrant, and full of warming spice and done in the time it takes your rice to cook! The tuna stays beautifully tender in the sauce, soaking up all that amazing flavor.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves until they crackle.
Add the onion and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and soft.
Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and cook briefly.
Add the ground coriander, turmeric and curry powder or garam masala and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the tomatoes and cook down for 6–8 minutes until thick and concentrated.
Place the tuna in large chunks into the sauce and warm through for 2–3 minutes without stirring too much.
Squeeze over lime juice and season with salt.
Finish with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
