Fennel salad with salmon and avocado
This salad is packed with vegetables and healthy fats thanks to the avocado and, of course, the smoked wild sockeye salmon. The fresh, crunchy fennel pairs perfectly with the creamy avocado and salmon.

Mix the dill, mustard, honey, olive oil, and vinegar to make a dressing. Season with pepper and salt. Set the vinaigrette aside.
Mix the salad greens, fennel, red onion, and chives in a bowl.
Divide the salad onto plates. Garnish with the avocado slices and salmon. Drizzle the dressing over the plates and sprinkle with the remaining dill. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
