White Bean Salad with Tuna
This white bean salad with tuna is a real protein powerhouse. Both the tuna and beans are packed with healthy omega-3 fats. Healthy cooking, straight from the can!

Place the onion in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and enough cold water to cover it. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and then pat dry with kitchen roll.
Place the white beans in a colander. Rinse them with warm water and let them drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, beans, onion, sage, and parsley.
Toss the tuna-bean mix with the dressing. Dish onto plates and serve with the cucumber slices.
