Tuna Bagel
The bagel was invented somewhere in the seventeenth century. A roll with a hole that was originally first boiled and then baked in the oven. Why that hole exists is not entirely clear. However, photos from the early twentieth century have been found showing street vendors selling the rolls on a long stick. The hole thus came in handy. Watch the video below!

Variation tip!
For some extra spice, mix some sriracha into the tuna salad!
Slice the bagels horizontally in half.
Make the tuna salad by mixing the drained tuna with mayonnaise and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the tuna salad on the bagel and close with the other half of the bagel.
Serve the bagel with some slices of red onion and cucumber.
