Sardines with roasted tomato & garlic from the oven – with burrata
Sweet roasted tomatoes, warm sardines, and creamy burrata come together in this simple, flavourful oven dish. Delicious with crispy sourdough bread for dipping. Ready in 15 minutes!

Preparation method:
Place the tomatoes in an oven dish and mix with olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, and salt.
Roast the tomatoes for 10–12 minutes until they burst open and lightly caramelise.
Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the sardines among the tomatoes.
Return to the oven for another 2–3 minutes until the sardines are warm.
Meanwhile, toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
Finish with burrata and spread it over the tomato mixture.
Garnish with basil. Enjoy!
