Sardines in Tomato Sauce – with Lima Beans and Fennel
So delicious, and on the table in 15 minutes! This dish is everything you're looking for: packed with protein, healthy fats, and flavour. The sardines give it power, and the capers provide that crunchy kick. Warm or cold – both are incredibly tasty!

Preparation method:
Fry the capers in a layer of (olive) oil until they burst open and become crispy. Drain them on kitchen roll. Set aside.
Mix the beans, fennel, and onion with the tomato sauce from the sardine can. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the sardines on top of the sauce and finish with the capers and parsley. Enjoy!
