Sardines in tomato sauce – with beans and fennel
So good, and on the table in just 15 minutes! This salad has everything you want: packed with protein, healthy fats, and loads of flavor. The sardines bring the power, while the capers add a crunchy kick. Warm or cold—it’s seriously delicious either way!

Preparation method:
Fry the capers in a layer of (olive) oil until they burst open and turn crispy. Let them drain on a paper towel. Set aside.
Toss the beans, fennel, and onion with the harissa oil from the can. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the sardines on top of the salad and finish with the capers and parsley. Enjoy!
