Preparation method:
For the chimichurri, mix all ingredients together and season with salt.
Take the sirloin steak out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before preparation. Season both sides with salt and let rest.
Lightly brush both sides of the sirloin steak with oil. Warm a grill pan over high heat and grill the meat for 4-6 minutes. Flip halfway through. Remove the meat from the pan, cover with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5-6 minutes. Then slice, sprinkle with a little salt, and serve it with the chimichurri.
