
Greek-style Octopus Salad

Place the garlic, red onion, oregano, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, olives, oil, and half of the parsley to a large bowl and mix everything together.
Toss the octopus with the dressing and set aside.
Mix the feta with the Greek yoghurt, the remaining parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
