Tuna Tacos
Mouth-watering tuna tacos! Ideal as a quick meal or snack, with fresh yogurt sauce and tomato salsa. Simply enjoy!
Ingredients:
For the yogurt sauce

Also delicious with grated cheese, such as cheddar!
For the sauce, mix the juice and zest of the lime with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
Make the salsa by mixing the tomato cubes with the garlic, spring onion, cilantro, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Save some cilantro for garnish.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas for about 1 minute per side.
Top the tortillas with a lettuce leaf, tuna, salsa, red onion, avocado, and red chili pepper. Fold them in half. Grate some lime over the tacos, garnish with some cilantro, and serve with the sauce.
