    Ingredients:
    4 servings
    Preparation method:
    1

Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it into cubes. Slice the tomatoes into wedges, the bell pepper into thin strips, and the onion into thin rings. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.

    2

Add the whole olives, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together with the vegetables.

    3

Cut the feta into cubes and add it to the salad.

    4

Open the can of sardines and add a few drops of oil from the can to the salad. Carefully remove the sardines from the can and break them into rough pieces. Finely chop the mint and add it, along with the sardines, to the rest of the salad.

    5

Gently toss everything together. Garnish with a pinch of dried oregano.
