Tuna melt with kimchi
Give your tuna melt a twist with delicious kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, usually cabbage and radish, seasoned with herbs and spices.

Also delicious with albacore tuna! Serve with sriracha mayonnaise.
Butter one side of each slice of bread and flip them over. Distribute the cheddar, spinach, tuna, and kimchi over the unbuttered sides of two slices of bread. Place the other slices on top with the buttered side facing outwards.
Cook the toasties in a dry frying pan over medium heat until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
