    Smoked sockeye salmon tartine

Tartines are French open-faced sandwiches, typically topped in unique and creative ways. This tartine, featuring Fish Tales sockeye salmon as the star ingredient, becomes even more delicious with the combination of fresh dill and crème fraîche, tangy red onion, and capers.
