Smoked sockeye salmon tartine
Tartines are French open-faced sandwiches, typically topped in unique and creative ways. This tartine, featuring Fish Tales sockeye salmon as the star ingredient, becomes even more delicious with the combination of fresh dill and crème fraîche, tangy red onion, and capers.

Cut off the crusts from the bread and then slice the bread diagonally. Toast the slices until they are golden brown on both sides.
Wash the lemon, zest half of the peel, and juice one half. Slice the red onion into rings and finely chop the dill.
