Pasta pistou with sardines
Tasty, simple, and nutritious: that's this pasta pistou with sardines.

Place the basil, garlic, and olive oil in a measuring cup and blend it finely with an immersion blender (or a mortar and pestle). Then, add the grated cheese and mix again until the cheese is well incorporated with the pistou. Season with black pepper to taste.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. When draining, save 2 tablespoons of cooking water and mix it with the pistou into the pasta.
Divide the pasta onto two plates and top with the sardines.
Garnish with pine nuts and basil.
