Prawns blinis

  • 12 large shrimps, peeled, gutted
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 12 ready to use blinis
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

How to prepare

These festive shrimp blinis with spicy mayonnaise are easy to prepare. Combined with swordfish with citrus vinaigrette and tuna dumplings.


  • 1 Cook the shrimps for 3-4 minutes until they are pink. Drain, dip in ice water and pat dry.
  • 2 Mix the Sriracha sauce with the mayonnaise.
  • 3 Spread 1 teaspoon of hot mayonnaise on each blini and cover with a prawn and some freshly cut chives.
