Time for pancakes! You’ll be surprised that you can make an AMAZING pancake based on stunning seafood and fish! Here we go guys, and feel free to use any seafood you might like. As long as it has a firm structure, you’ll be safe.
Preparation
1 Cut your spring unions in length and then in smaller pieces.
Dice the red pepper.
Slice up your jalapeño, you can take the seeds out for less spiciness.
2 Add a cup of flour to a mixing bowl.
Add the same cup of cold water.
Crack an egg in the bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and mix all this together to a nice batter.
3 Slice your scallops.
Dice your squid in pieces of 1x1 centimeter.
Slice your peeled prawns.
Add this, together with your veggies, to the batter.
4 Heat up your frying pan and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the batter and let it fry for 4-5 minutes each side.
Slice your pancake in quarters and serve with a stunning dip sauce and some chopped coriander and chili.
