Quiche with salmon, leek and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 leeks, white only, halved and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • white wine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 dl whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g salmon, drained and plucked
  • 30 g butter, melted
  • 8 slices of puff pastry
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 bag mixed soft salad

How to prepare

This delicious dish with salmon, leek and cream cheese. Delicious as a starter or main course!

 

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 185 °C.
  • 2 Braise the leek in the olive oil without browning. Deglaze with the wine.
  • 3 Beat the eggs and mix with the whipped cream.
  • 4 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 5 Spoon the salmon and leek through the egg mixture.
  • 6 Grease a cake mold with a diameter of about 24 cm and cover the mold with the puff pastry. Bake for 8 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven.
  • 7 Spoon the egg cream mixture into the mould, divide the cream cheese into small cubes over the cream.
  • 8 Bake the quiche in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  • 9 Divide the quiche over 4 plates and serve with a fresh salad
