Lasagne salad with tuna or salmon and ricotta

  • 8 lasagna sheets (dried or fresh)
  • 150 g ricotta, drained
  • ¼ bunch of tarragon, just the leaves, finely chopped
  • ¼ bunch of basil, just the leaves, finely chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • mixed lettuce with beetroot leaves
  • 2 tins of tuna or salmon in olive oil (140 g), drained
  • oliveoil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

We love lasagna! Make this delicious lasagne salad with ricotta and canned tuna or smoked salmon. Easy and fast, but impressive on plate. This recipe is a main course for two people. Prefer to serve as a festive starter? Then this amount of ingredients is sufficient for four people.


  • 1 Boil the lasagna sheets in plenty of water with some salt al dente according to the instructions on the package. Let them cool a little under cold running water.
  • 2 In the meantime, mix the ricotta with the tarragon and basil leaves, lemon rind, pepper and salt and set aside.
  • 3 Build up the lasagna. Place a lasagna mist on each plate, spread some lettuce over it, spoon a little bit of the ricotta mixture on top and then some of the tuna. Repeat these layers until all the lasagne sheets and ingredients are gone. Finish with tuna.
  • 4 Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
