Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 shallot
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 spring onion
- 1/4 red chili
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 to 8 fresh oysters
How to prepare

Preparation
- 1 Cut the lemon in wedges.
- 2 Chop 1 shallot finely and mix with the red wine vinegar.
- 3 Chop 1 spring onion finely and 1/4 chili very finely.
- 4 Open the oysters. Serve on ice with the different garnishes.
