Oysters with three garnishes

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 shallot
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 spring onion
  • 1/4 red chili
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 4 to 8 fresh oysters

How to prepare

Preparation

  • 1 Cut the lemon in wedges.
  • 2 Chop 1 shallot finely and mix with the red wine vinegar.
  • 3 Chop 1 spring onion finely and 1/4 chili very finely.
  • 4 Open the oysters. Serve on ice with the different garnishes.
