Mackerel with stir-fried vegetables and chili sauce

Ingredients
200 g sugar snap peas
200 g bimi (a broccoli with long stems), cut lengthwise into pieces
sesame oil
2 onions, cut into pieces
1 tsp soy sauce
black pepper from the mill
2 tins of mackerel fillet in olive oil of 125 g, drained
1 cup of leek shoots of 50 g (alternative: thinly sliced white leek)
chilli sauce
How to prepare
A delicious main course with mackerel with stir-fried vegetables and chili sauce. Healthy and tasty!
Preparation
1 Bring salted water to the boil and cook the sugar snap peas and bimi separately al dente. Remove the vegetables from the pan and pat dry.
2 Maak een wok goed heet. Verhit wat sesamolie in de wok. Bak op hoog vuur de uien goudbruin. Haal uit de wok.
3 Put some more sesame oil in the pan and fry the sugar snap peas and the bimi on high heat. Add the fried onions and deglaze with a dash of soy sauce. Remove the wok from the heat and season the vegetables with black pepper.
4 Divide the vegetables over 4 plates, divide the mackerel over the vegetables. Divide the leek shoots over the mackerel and serve with the chili sauce.
