Crab with apple and curry-ginger sauce

  • 1 stem young celery
  • 3 fresh sour apples, for example granny smith
  • 1 tin of crabmeat 170 g, drained
  • 3 tl curry
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 piece of 3 cm ginger, peeled and grated
  • cayenne pepper

How to prepare

Delicious as an appetizer crab with apple, celery and ginger sauce. Healthy, easy and tasty!



  • 1 Pull the wires from the celery with a knife from top to bottom.
  • 2 Cut thin half-moons from the celery.
  • 3 Peel an apple and the flesh into cubes.
  • 4 Take the crab legs out of the can, set aside. Mix the remaining crab meat with the curry, mayonnaise, apple cubes, ginger and some of the celery. Season to taste with cayenne pepper.
  • 5 Cut the remaining apples from the top and bottom slices 3 mm thick.
  • 6 Divide the crab salad over the apple slices. Garnish the appetizers with the crab legs, some cayenne pepper and the remaining celery.
