Ribeye with anchovy butter. Delicious as a main course to prepare at the weekend.
Preparation
1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2 Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven. Squeeze one of the cloves after 20 minutes. If it is soft through and through, remove the package from the oven.
3 Pull the anchovies through the butter with a fork.
4 Mix the shallot and some lemon juice with the anchovy butter and set aside covered...
5 Cut excess fat from the meat. Cut the fat into dice.
6 Eine Bratpfanne erhitzen und die Würfel goldbraun braten. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseite stellen.

9 Das Fleisch aus der Pfanne nehmen und zugedeckt mindestens 5 Minuten stehen lassen.
10 Schneiden Sie das Fleisch in Scheiben, quer auf dem/den Draht(en).
11 Servieren Sie das Fleisch mit der Sardellenbutter, den gerösteten Knoblauchzehen und den Würfeln
