Zo maak je het
Bereidingswijze
1 Verhit een scheut olijfolie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de sjalot, knoflook, bleekselderij en peterseliesteeltjes in 1-2 minuten zacht.
2 Voeg de schoongemaakte mosselen toe en zet het vuur hoog. Stoom de mosselen 1-2 minuten met het deksel op de pan.
3 Haal het deksel eraf, voeg 2-3 eetlepels water plus de meeste van de peterselieblaadjes toe. Leg het deksel weer op de pan en laat de mosselen in nog 1-2 minuten helemaal open komen. De mosselen zijn gaar als alle schelpen openstaan.
4 Schep de mosselen uit de pan en bestrooi met de overgebleven blaadjes peterselie. Serveer meteen.
