Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Die Nudeln in einer großen Pfanne mit Salzwasser al dente kochen.
2 Einen Esslöffel Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Sobald das Öl heiß ist, den Knoblauch, die Petersilienstängel und den Chili hinzufügen und braten, bis es weich ist.
3 Die Muscheln hinzufügen und ein bisschen schwenken. Den Weißwein hinzufügen und bei mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen. Die Pfanne regelmäßig schwenken und prüfen, ob die Muscheln geöffnet sind.
4 Die Petersilienblätter abschneiden und mit den Muscheln hinzufügen. 2 oder 3 Esslöffel des Nudelwassers mit den Muscheln hinzufügen.
5 Wenn alle Muscheln geöffnet sind, können Sie die Nudeln hinzufügen und werfen. Mit etwas Pfeffer würzen
