This sardinehussle is a delicious mix of the most amazing tinned sardines, potatoes, egg and roasted garlic cloves.. ideal as a snack, lunch or even as a brekkie!

    Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees celsius. Take your garlic bulb an wrap it together with some olive oil in some tin foil. Put it in the oven an let is bake for 30-40 minutes.

    Put a pan with water on high heat and add some salt to the water. When the water is boiling you can add your peeled potatoes.

    Take another pan with boiling water and add your eggs. Boil them for about 8 minutes, when done cool them down with some cold running water.

    Mash your potatoes in a bowl. Peel your eggs and take your sardines out of the tin and chop them into small pieces.

    Chop your parsley and add together with the eggs and sardines to the potatoes. Give it a quick mash so everything is well mixed.

    Flavour the dish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    When the garlic bulb is done take it out of the oven, scoop some of the sardinehussle on a plate and serve with about 4-5 garlic cloves on top.
