Salmon pasta carbonara

Delicious and fresh fish dish: Salmon pasta carbonara! Perfect as lunch or dinner!

    Cook the pasta according to the package.

    Heat a pan on medium-high heat with some oil and let the shallots and garlic simmer.

    Cut the salmon is small pieces.

  • 4

    Beat the eggs with the cream and 2 table sp. of parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.

    Drain the pasta when it is ready and add the pasta to the pan with the shallots and garlic.

    Turn off the heat and add the egg, cream and cheese sauce to the pasta. Mix everything well.

    Add 75% of the salmon and chives to the pan and mix it again.

    Put the salmon pasta carbonara on a plate and add the rest of the salmon and chives on top. Season with some pepper and parmesan cheese.

  • - 2 eggs

  • - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • - 2 shallots, finely chopped

  • - 2 tbsp parmesan cheese + a bit extra

  • - 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

  • - 1 tbsp cream

  • - 150-200 gr pasta

  • - oil

  • - salt & pepper
