Super quick octopus salad

This super quick octopus salad is so simple, healthy and most of all delicious!

    Start with the precooked octopus tentacles. Cut them in slices and add them into a bowl. Go on with the tomatoes, cut them into quarts. Chop de celery stock really fine.

    Spice the salad up by adding a some chili which is cut into rings. Add some olives, some chopped parsley leaves, basil and a few table spoons of extra vierge olive oil. Season with pepper, salt and a few drops of lemon juice, and mix well.

    Put the salad on a plate, drizzle it with some more olive oil and finish it off with some basil.

  • - 8 octopus tentacles (precooked)

  • - 24 cherry tomatoes

  • - 4 celery stalks

  • - 1 or 2 red chillies

  • - 4 tbsp. black olives

  • - 1 handful of parsley

  • - 1 handful of basil

  • - 1/2 lemon

  • - 8 tbsp. extra vierge olive oil

  • - pepper and salt
