Whether you’re planning a romantic night, or just a cozy night with good friends: raw oysters are always a good starter or special snack. In this recipe we show you how to prepare oysters with 3 different garnishes! (Image: © Saskia Lelieveld).

    Cut the lemon in wedges.

    Chop 1 shallot finely and mix with the red wine vinegar.

    Chop 1 spring onion finely and 1/4 chili very finely.

    Open the oysters. Serve on ice with the different garnishes.

  • - 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  • - 1/4 spring onion

  • - 1/4 red chili

  • - 1 tbsp. light soy sauce

  • - 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

  • - 1 tsp. sesame oil

  • - 4 to 8 fresh oysters
