Open salmon lasagna

Recipe

A delicious open lasagna with hot and cold smoked salmon.

    Preheat the oven at 180°C.

    Bring some water to a boil and add some salt and the lasagna leaves. When cooked rinse the lasagna leaves under cold running water and halve them. Keep them on a plate with a little bit of water to prevent them from sticking.

    Mix the ricotta, tarragon and chives together in a bowl and flavour with salt, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice.

    Heat the hot smoked salmon in the oven until slightly warm.

    Brush some olive oil over the lasagna leaves and start building. Put a lasagna leave on a plate and cover with the ricotta mixture, place the mixed lettuce and hot and cold smoked salmon on top and repeat until you have a nice lasagna.

    Garnish the open lasagna with some lemon zest and fresh tarragon. Enjoy!

  • - 100 g. cold smoked salmon

  • - 400 g. ricotta

  • - handful of tarragon, chopped

  • - handful of fresh chives

  • - 1 bag of mixed lettuce

  • - 6 lasagna leaves

  • - 1 lemon

  • - olive oil

  • - salt and pepper
