
Oven-baked salmon with walnut crumble and Swiss chard
This delicious oven-baked salmon fillet with crunchy walnut crumble and colorful Swiss chard is definitely one to try!
Tip: add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped capers to the crumble for an extra tang.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Combine the walnuts with the breadcrumbs and butter. Add the dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, and knead until a crumble forms. Set aside.
Mix the honey with half a teaspoon of mustard and set aside.
