Octopus Korean style
Have you tried our octopus yet? This combination with gochujang sauce is our absolute favorite. The octopus is pre-cooked, so all you need to do is throw it on the grill. Those beautiful grill marks, that sizzling sound... it honestly makes us happy. Spicy, sticky, and full of umami.

Add rice and vegetables of your choice
In a bowl, combine the gochujang, chili flakes, soy sauce, sugar, honey, sesame oil, and garlic. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Place the octopus in the marinade and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the octopus in a grill pan for about 3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
Garnish the octopus with scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
