From the rugged Alaska to your plate — this baked potato topped with wild Sockeye salmon, fresh yogurt sauce, and capers is full of pure, natural flavor. This recipe from Linda (@bubsdinnerclub) shows wild at its best!

Preparation method:
Wash the potatoes and poke a few holes with a fork. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place on the BBQ for 30–45 minutes, depending on their size.
Make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the potatoes from the BBQ and cut a cross on top. Open slightly, add butter and a pinch of salt, and mash lightly with a fork.
Spoon the fresh yogurt sauce over the potatoes and top with wild salmon. Finish with capers, dill, lemon zest, and fish roe. Enjoy!
