4 tablespoons black olives without stones, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
500 g spaghetti
100 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Tuna spaghetti with capers and olives
Preparation
1 Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the tomato paste in the oil for 1 minute.
2 Add the peppers and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
3 Add the tuna and mix with the paprika.
4 Add strained tomatoes, capers, olives and bay leaf and mix everything together.
5 Simmer the sauce at low heat.
6 Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt.
7 Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet until firm to the bite. Drain the spaghetti and add to the sauce. Mix everything well.
