Mushrooms with shrimps, garlic and Gruyere

Ingredients

  • 20 large white mushrooms
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • 2 tins of crabmeat 170 g, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flat parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp flat parsley, finely chopped
  • cayenne pepper
  • 100 g gruyere, grated
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

How to prepare

This is a delicious recipe with mushrooms, crabmeat, garlic and gruyere. Delicious as a main course!

 

Preparation

  • 1 Set the oven to 190 °C.
  • 2 Cut the stems of the mushrooms. Carefully hollow out the caps with a tea spoon.
  • 3 Bring plenty of water to the boil, add lemon juice and salt.
  • 4 Blanch the mushrooms in the water for 2 minutes.
  • 5 Drain the mushrooms on a tea towel. Pat dry well.
  • 6 Mix the crab with the olive oil, garlic, parsley, a pinch of cayenne pepper and possibly some salt.
  • 7 Fill the mushrooms with the crab mixture and sprinkle the grated gruyere on top.
  • 8 Bake the mushrooms in the oven for about 7 minutes. If necessary, briefly grill the mushrooms under the oven grill to give the cheese sufficient colour.
  • 9 Sprinkle the chives over the mushrooms.
