This is a delicious recipe with mushrooms, crabmeat, garlic and gruyere. Delicious as a main course!
Preparation
1 Set the oven to 190 °C.
2 Cut the stems of the mushrooms. Carefully hollow out the caps with a tea spoon.
3 Bring plenty of water to the boil, add lemon juice and salt.
4 Blanch the mushrooms in the water for 2 minutes.
5 Drain the mushrooms on a tea towel. Pat dry well.
6 Mix the crab with the olive oil, garlic, parsley, a pinch of cayenne pepper and possibly some salt.
7 Fill the mushrooms with the crab mixture and sprinkle the grated gruyere on top.
8 Bake the mushrooms in the oven for about 7 minutes. If necessary, briefly grill the mushrooms under the oven grill to give the cheese sufficient colour.
