Ein leckeres und frisches Fischrezept: Lachs-Pasta Carbonara. Ein köstliches Gericht zum Abendessen oder einfach für zwischendurch.
Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Die Nudeln entsprechend der Vorgabe auf der Verpackung zubereiten.
2 Eine Pfanne mit etwas Öl auf mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die Schalotten und den Knoblauch köcheln lassen.
3 Den Sockeye Lachs in kleine Stücke schneiden.
4 Die Eier mit dem Rahm und zwei Esslöffeln Parmesan schlagen. Mit Pfeffer abschmecken.
5 Die Nudeln abgießen, wenn sie fertig sind und anschließend zu den Schalotten und dem Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben.
6 Die Kochplatte ausschalten und das Ei, den Rahm und die Käsesauce zu den Nudeln hinzugeben. Alles gut vermischen.
7 75 Prozent der Lachsstücke und des Schnittlauchs in die Pfanne geben und erneut mischen.
8 Die Lachs-Pasta Carbonara auf einen Teller geben und mit den restlichen Lachsstücken und dem Rest Schnittlauch garnieren. Mit etwas Pfeffer und Parmesan würzen.
