Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Die Sardinen mit Mehl und etwas Salz bestreichen. Das überschüssige Mehl entfernen.
2 Eine Pfanne mit Olivenöl auf mittlere Hitze stellen. Die Zwiebel 3-4 Minuten braten, bis sie weich ist, und die Rosinen hinzufügen.
3 Die Pinienkerne hinzufügen und gut umrühren. Nach 2 Minuten den Weißweinessig einfüllen. Den Rosmarin hinzufügen und 15 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme köcheln lassen.
4 Eine weitere Bratpfanne mit Erdnussöl auf mittlerer bis hoher Stufe braten. Die Sardinen 2 Minuten auf beiden Seiten braten und auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.
5 Die Sardinen auf einen Teller legen und mit der süß-säuerlichen Mischung bedecken. Lassen Sie das Gericht vor dem Servieren auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen.
