Bart bereitete dieses Makrelen- und Linsengericht an Bord des Makrelenschiffs “Chris Andra” nahe der Küste von Peterhead, Schottland, zu.
Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Die Linsen in einen Topf geben und Thymian, Knoblauch und Petersilienstängel hinzufügen. Mit Wasser bedecken und zum Kochen bringen. Nach dem Kochen die Hitze zurückdrehen und 15 Minuten kochen lassen.
2 Den Senf und den Weißweinessig in einer Schüssel kombinieren und verrühren. Während des Verrührens das Öl langsam hinzufügen und abschmecken.
3 Die rote Zwiebel würfeln und Petersilie und Frühlingszwiebel hacken.
4 Die Linsen abtropfen lassen und Thymian und Knoblauch herausnehmen.
5 Die Linsen werden mit dem Dressing, der Zwiebel und der Petersilie vermischt. Den Saft von 1/2 Zitrone hinzufügen.
6 Die Makrelenfilets trocknen und auf der Hautseite 2 Minuten bei starker Hitze anbraten. Umdrehen und 1 Minute weiter anbraten.
7 Die gebratenen Makrelenfilets mit den Linsen servieren und mit einer Zitronenspalte garnieren.
