Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Geschälte und geriebene Kartoffeln in ein Sieb geben und die Feuchtigkeit auspressen.
2 In einer großen Schüssel geben, dann Ei und Mehl hinzufügen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
3 Öl in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze erhitzen. Gehäufte Esslöffel der Kartoffelmischung hineingeben und mit einem Pfannenheber etwas flach drücken. Auf jeder Seite 1-2 Minuten braten, bis sie knusprig und goldgelb sind, dann auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen. Den Vorgang mit der restlichen Kartoffelmischung wiederholen und leicht abkühlen lassen.
4 Für die Crème fraîche den Saft einer halben Zitrone hinzufügen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
5 Jedes Rösti mit einem Klecks Créme fraîche, Flammlachs und frischem Dill belegen. Mit gemahlenem schwarzen Pfeffer würzen. Fertig!
