Wie vorzubereiten
Diese köstliche Vorspeise ist im Handumdrehen zubereitet: gebackene Tigergarnelen in selbstgemachter Kräuterbutter!
Vorbereitungsmethode
1 Die Butter in einer Schale mit den fein geschnittenen Schalotten, dem Knoblauch und Schnittlauch, der Petersilie, der Zitronenschale und den Chiliflocken vermischen . Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
2 Sonnenblumenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Garnelen abtrocknen und 2 Minuten lang bei großer Hitze backen. Dabei regelmäßig in der Pfanne schwenken.
3 Die Garnelen mit einigen extra Blättern Petersilie und Zitronenscheiben servieren.
